Your Mission Will Be

Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and platform best practices

Ensure the implementation of scalable and high-quality solutions, collaborating with business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle

Work closely with cross-functional teams on ServiceNow projects across areas such as IT, HR, Customer Service Management (CSM), and Third-Party Risk Management, while contributing with both technical and functional expertise

You Will Need

3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions while working directly with stakeholders

Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including scripting and configuration

CPLP nationality or a valid EU work permit

English proficiency (B2 or above)

Would Be Awesome If You Have

BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related areas

Previous experience in Agile environments

Experience in IT, HR, Customer Service Management (CSM), or Third-Party Risk Management projects
