Copilot Digital Cloud Solution Architect – AI Business Solutions

Experis Portugal is recruiting for an international client a Copilot Digital Cloud Solution Architect to join an enterprise AI transformation project.

About the Role

We are looking for a senior, customer-facing professional to help enterprise customers accelerate the adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and AI Agents.

The role combines Cloud & AI Architecture, Security & Governance, Customer Advisory and Adoption & Change Management, with a strong focus on delivering measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

- Advise customers on Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and AI Agents.

- Design and enable secure, scalable and governed AI solutions.

- Provide technical guidance across Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Purview, DLP and SharePoint.

- Identify and remove technical, security and governance blockers.

- Drive Copilot adoption, change management and user engagement.

- Work with technical and business stakeholders to demonstrate business value and ROI.

- Collaborate with partners and delivery teams to accelerate AI adoption.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles and enterprise project delivery.

- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and Cloud platforms.

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot implementation and adoption.

- Experience with Copilot Studio and AI Agents.

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra and Microsoft Purview, including security, compliance and data governance.

- Experience with SharePoint and enterprise data governance.

- Experience with adoption and change management.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Fluent written and spoken English.

Location: Full Remote – must be residing in Portugal

Working model: 100% Remote

Language: English ( Italian is a Plus)
