Full-Stack Developer

Overview

Assimetria is a SaaS venture studio building and scaling AI-native B2B software products. We operate 5+ live SaaS products and continuously launch new ones.

We build fast, we standardize our stack, and we think in systems.

Our core stack:

- Node.js

- React

- PostgreSQL

- Docker

- AWS

We are building a long-term technical foundation — not just shipping random features.

The Role

You will work across our entire SaaS portfolio.

This includes:

- Building new SaaS products from scratch

- Designing backend architecture and data models

- Shipping full-stack features end-to-end

- Solving production bugs quickly and decisively

- Improving infrastructure and deployment processes

- Standardizing how we build and scale software

You will work directly with the founder on technical decisions.

This role is designed for someone who wants to grow into a technical leadership / CTO position over time.

What We Expect

You are comfortable with:

- Node.js (production APIs & services)

- React (clean, structured front-end architecture)

- PostgreSQL

- Docker & Docker Compose

- AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, networking basics)

Bonus

- System design experience

- CI/CD pipelines

- AI API integrations

- Performance optimization

- Multi-project codebase management

Who This Role Is For

- Strong full-stack engineer (not junior)

- Can build independently without constant supervision

- Thinks in architecture, not just tickets

- Fast executor but avoids messy code

- Comfortable working across multiple products

- Interested in long-term ownership

This is not a maintenance role.

This is a builder role.

We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company.

Compensation

- €25,000 – €40,000 net per year (depending on experience)

- Up to 1% equity (vesting-based, performance-aligned)

- Remote work

- Direct involvement in multiple SaaS launches

- High ownership and influence
