We are looking for a  IT PROJECT MANAGER  to join our  INFRAESTRUCTURE team at BIT.

Reporting to the Area Manager the Project Manager mission is challenging projects and coordinate between internal and external stakeholders, according to the BIT project management methodologies, standards and procedures.

Lead the project stages from project initiation to project closure and adoption;

Ensure the realization of activities related to the daily management of projects;

Complete projects by coordinating resources and timetables with other internal teams;

Ensure the compliance within schedules, service levels and budget among projects;

Prepare the periodic reporting activity, identifying improvement opportunities and acting in problem ;solving;

Plan and oversee the preparation and dissemination of project communication;

Assemble and coordinate project team members, assigning individual responsibilitie;

Organize and manage all phases of the project to ensure on-time, on budget, on quality and on scope completion.

Degree in Information Systems or related field having accomplished a challenging scientific degree;

3 years (or plus) experience in project management responsibilities;

Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies;

Ambition to lead and commitment to results;

Excellent problem-solving skills as well as good leadership skills;

Fact oriented, analytical mindset and people focus;

Commitment to continuous learning;

Whiling to succeed and help other succeed.

Adaptable, flexible attitude and resilient to perform well under pressure;

Ability to easily build relationships with the different players of the organization, at different levels, build bridges and easily connect with others;

Able to manage multiple tasks/priorities, understand the organization levels of priority and urgency and respond to work accordingly whilst respecting deadlines;

Good attention to detail, strong ability to assimilate, sort through and aggregate complex information quickly and effectively;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms.
