Software Developer - Junior

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Software Developer to join our growing team in Porto. As a Junior Software Developer, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and maintenance of software applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development principles and be eager to learn and grow within the industry.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior developers to design, develop, and maintain software applications

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code

Troubleshoot and debug software issues

Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and consistency

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and programming languages

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

1-2 years of experience in software development or a relevant internship

Proficient in at least one programming language (Java, C++, Python, etc.)

Strong problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Excellent communication skills

Preferred

Experience with web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

Familiarity with Agile methodology

Knowledge of database management systems (MySQL, SQL Server)

Salary: $900 per month.

Location: Porto, Portugal.
