Software developer (go, angular and kubernetes)

We would like to meet a Software Developer (Go, Angular and Kubernetes) for a project in Lisbon.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Go-based backend services running on Kubernetes clusters. Design and implement RESTful APIs and server-side applications using Go. Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Angular 18+ frontend. Design, implement and maintain End-to-End (E2 E) automated tests using Robot Framework and Python. Develop and improve Git Lab CI/CD pipelines to support automated build, testing and deployment processes. Work with Docker for containerisation and management of application images and containers.

Deploy, manage and troubleshoot applications running in Kubernetes environments. Work with AWS cloud services within a cloud-native architecture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable software solutions. Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives. Contribute to continuous improvement of development, testing and deployment processes.

Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar field. 2+ years of experience in software development or a similar role. Strong proficiency in Go, with experience developing and maintaining RESTful APIs and backend services. Strong proficiency in Angular 18+ for developing modern web user interfaces. Practical experience with Kubernetes, including application deployment, management and troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with Docker, including containerisation and management of images and containers.

Practical experience with Git Lab and Git Lab CI/CD, including version control and contributing to CI/CD pipelines. Experience developing and maintaining End-to-End automated tests using Robot Framework. Practical Python scripting knowledge for test automation. Experience with AWS and cloud-native environments.
