Salary: €80,000 - €100,000 fixed basic salary per annum, plus bonus & benefits

Senior Full Stack Developer - Start Up / Digital Marketing & Subscription Technology

Our client is an exciting, high growth digital subscription technology & digital marketing company, who are currently scaling up and keen to recruit some exceptional talent to join the team. We are keen to hire an exceptional Full Stack Developer to join our team, in our newly established technical hub on the beautiful island of Madeira.

Our team is led by exceptional management talent from great industry backgrounds, and we have been able to put together a global team with experience in subscription models, marketing, content creation, business intelligence and technology. Our platform is a robust ecosystem managing the complete supply stack for an optimum operational experience — from hosting the services to the payment processing itself.

Location: This role is based in Madeira and is not eligible for remote working. Applicants must be currently residing in or willing to relocate to Madeira. We work from home on Fridays.

Requirements and Skills

We're looking for:

- Backend + Business Intelligence Expertise:

- Proficiency in NodeJS

- Strong skills in JavaScript and TypeScript

- Experience with Postgres and Knex

- AWS Knowledge (plus):

- Extensive experience with Serverless Lambda, CloudWatch, RDS, CloudFormation, DynamoDB, and Networking (VPC, Subnet, etc.)

- Familiarity with EC2, S3, Secret Managers, and Cloud Formation is a plus

- Version Control:

- Proficiency in Github Actions

- Frontend Administration:

- Expertise in ReactJS and NextJS (ReactJS framework)
