We are looking for a ServiceNow L3 Developer/ Technical Analyst to join an international project, supporting and enhancing a complex multi-module ServiceNow environment while driving automation, integrations, and platform innovation.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules and business processes

- Drive automation initiatives focused on application support, deployments, health checks, monitoring, and operational activities

- Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, and other technologies

- Support orchestration and process automation initiatives leveraging ServiceNow capabilities and Workflow Data Fabric

- Customize ServiceNow forms, portals, workflows, requests, and catalog items to meet business requirements

- Collaborate with application users, operations teams, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into self-service solutions

- Investigate, evaluate, and implement new ServiceNow features such as ATF, Virtual Agent, and platform enhancements

- Support ServiceNow platform upgrades and ensure smooth adoption of new releases

- Coordinate releases and deployments, ensuring quality delivery within agreed timelines

- Develop custom tools and automation scripts to improve operational efficiency

- Generate reports, KPIs, and operational metrics to support decision-making

- Create and maintain technical documentation and support procedures

- Work closely with offshore, nearshore, onsite teams, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders

Skills & Experience

- +3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, Tooling Engineer, Technical Analyst, or similar role

- Strong experience with ServiceNow platform development and architecture in multi-module environments

- Solid hands-on experience with ITSM and ITOM modules

- Exposure to HRSD, CSM, or other ServiceNow modules is a plus

- Strong experience with system integrations and process automation

- Experience developing Web Service Integrations using REST and SOAP

- Experience integrating with Directory Services such as Active Directory, Azure AD, and LDAP

- Strong scripting and development skills using PowerShell, JavaScript, Python, SQL, XML, Terraform, and Ansible

- Experience with software development tools, IDEs, and source code repositories

- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, AWS EKS, AKS, ServiceNow Orchestration, and container-based platforms

- Good understanding of ITIL processes and Service Management best practices

- Strong reporting and analytical skills

- ServiceNow Developer Certification is highly valued

- Fluent English is mandatory

- French is a plus
