We are a fast‑growing mobile development company based in Braga seeking a talented and experienced Android Developer to join our team. As an Android Developer you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative mobile applications for our clients.
Responsibilities
Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define and ship new features
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
Troubleshoot and debug issues to improve application performance
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
Proven working experience in Android app development
Strong knowledge of Java and the Android SDK across different Android versions
Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back‑end services
Experience with third‑party libraries and APIs
Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
Skills
Excellent problem‑solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to deliver high‑quality work under tight deadlines
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Good communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus)
Salary
Competitive salary of $1,400 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
Location
This position is based in Braga, Portugal, but we are open to remote work arrangements for exceptional candidates.
