Senior Salesforce Developer

Profile:

- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field;

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, with strong focus on Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud;

- Strong knowledge of Data Modeling, including Data Streams, Data Lake Objects, Data Model Objects, Unified Individual, and Identity Resolution frameworks;

- Experience with data ingestion processes, including batch, streaming, API-based ingestion, and external connectors such as S3 and Google BigQuery;

- Experience with data transformation, SQL query development, schema alignment, standardization, and enrichment logic;

- Strong understanding of Identity Resolution frameworks and identity stitching strategies;

- Knowledge of GDPR/CCPA compliance, consent management, PII protection, and secure data access;

- Experience with real-time integrations and event-driven architectures;

- Proficiency in AMPscript, SSJS, WSProxy, and advanced SQL;

- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and email optimization practices;

- Hands-on experience with Email Studio, Web Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio;

- Experience with automation orchestration, error handling, and performance optimization;

- Good knowledge of Salesforce development best practices;

- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I e II or CTA (nice to have);

- Fluency in English (B2 level or higher).

Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and test Salesforce solutions end-to-end;

- Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation;

- Deliver Salesforce parameterization aligned with requirements and standards;

- Implement integrations and interfaces within Salesforce ecosystems;

- Execute unit testing, defect analysis, and bug fixing;

- Define and review test cases;

- Develop and optimize Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud solutions;

- Ensure compliance, security, and performance across Salesforce implementations.
