Join our team as a Ruby on Rails Developer (Hybrid – Lisbon)!

What You’ll Do:

- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using Ruby on Rails.

- Integrate and manage background processing with Kafka and Sidekiq.

- Work with PostgreSQL for database design, queries, and optimization.

- Develop dynamic and responsive user interfaces using Next.js and React.

- Write clean and maintainable HTML and CSS code.

- Containerize applications using Docker for consistent development and deployment environments.

- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Qualifications:

- 4+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails, with a focus on API development.

- Experience with Next.js and React for building modern, responsive web applications.

- Familiarity with Kafka and Sidekiq for background job processing.

- Proficient in PostgreSQL, including database design and query optimization.

- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern frontend best practices.

- Experience with Docker for containerization and environment management.

- Proficient in Git for version control and collaboration.

- Portuguese and English proficiency at a professional level (minimum B2).

- Living in Portugal and available to work in a hybrid model.
