Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced PHP Developer to join our team in Faro, Portugal.

Responsibilities

Designing and developing websites and web applications using PHP

Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code

Troubleshooting and debugging existing code

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success

Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in web development

Ensuring websites are optimized for speed, security, and scalability

Conducting website testing and implementing necessary updates or fixes

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a PHP Developer

Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks such as Laravel or CodeIgniter

Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other front-end technologies

Experience working with databases such as MySQL or MongoDB

Familiarity with version control systems like Git or SVN

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment

Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
