What You Can Do:

- Work in a day shift model according to a defined Confluence schedule

- Handle support requests and tasks using JIRA

- Analyze and fix existing bugs in Angular and Java applications

- Create, update, and maintain technical documentation (using tools such as Google Translate or Copilot when needed)

- Create, execute, and maintain automated smoke tests

- Build and maintain Splunk dashboards for monitoring and analysis

- Generate evaluations and reports using MongoDB

- Collaborate closely with team members in an international environment to ensure service quality and system stability

What You Bring:

- At least 1 year of experience in an IT‑related role

- General interest in IT topics and modern technologies

- Flexible and adaptable mindset

- Quick perception and ability to understand new topics rapidly

- Strong team player, comfortable working in an international environment

- Service‑oriented attitude with a focus on quality and reliability

Education

- University/technical college degree in computer science or comparable.

Language Skills

- English oral and written

- OptionalيشGerman oral (and written)

Additional Comments

- Willingness to travel

- Hybrid Model: One day a week @office (mandatory)
