Who are we looking for?

A

Platform/DevOps Engineer (Kubernetes & Databases)

with strong experience in managing stateful workloads and building reliable, scalable data services in cloud-native environments. If you enjoy working with automation, databases, and Kubernetes ecosystems in collaborative teams, this role is for you.

Work model:

Shift-based role (10h shifts, 5 days/week) + on-call rotation (approx. 1 week/month)

What you'll be doing

Deploy, manage, and optimize PostgreSQL databases on Kubernetes platforms

Design and implement persistent storage, backup & restore, replication, and HA/DR strategies

Automate provisioning, scaling, and upgrades using CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)

Monitor and troubleshoot database and cluster performance

Ensure strong security practices (RBAC, encryption, secrets management, network policies)

Collaborate with DevOps, Platform Engineering, and Development teams to build database-as-a-service solutions

What you’ll bring

Degree in IT, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or equivalent experience

Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and database technologies (PostgreSQL preferred)

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Experience with automation, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code

Solid communication skills with B2 level English (mandatory)

Ability to collaborate across teams and influence technical decisions

Proactive mindset, team spirit, and willingness to share knowledge
