What we are looking for:

- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience;

- Ability to design data structures that serve both operational control and analytical interpretation without compromising system stability;

- Ability to design data models for operational systems, configuration data, historical records, and analytics-ready datasets.

- Ability to prepare structured data for dashboards, KPI visualization, analytics, and reporting

- Experience in Data Platform Builder;

- Expertise in Database Design & Data Modeling- strong experience with relational databases, ideally PostgreSQL;

- Ability to build a data foundation that supports configuration, product parameters, dashboards, analytics, KPIs, and customer reporting;

- Knowledge of data lifecycle, retention, archival, backups, auditability, and traceability

- Experience creating clean interfaces for backend services, frontend dashboards, analytics pipelines, and reporting tools

- Ability to define data contracts, naming conventions, migration strategies, and ownership boundaries

- Knowledge of data quality, data validation, lineage, and governance as engineering topics

- Hybrid work model (2x per week in Lisbon);

- Fluent in English.
