For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

+6 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer (Java/Angular)

Proven expertise in Java development within agile-based project environments, contributing to all phases of the software development lifecycle.

Active participation in agile squad dynamics, collaborating with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA engineers, and fellow developers toward shared delivery goals.

Ability to contribute meaningfully to technical workshops, engaging with both teammates and customers to align on solutions and progress.

Demonstrated capacity to uphold software quality standards and best practices throughout the full development lifecycle, from design through deployment.

Strong communication skills enabling effective collaboration in cross-functional, agile-based squads within a consulting or client-facing context.

Fluency in English (B2+/C1)

Availability for Hybrid work model 2 x week (based in Porto or Lisboa)

Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
