Right now, we are looking for a

Scrum Master

to join an exciting project in Lisbon.

Support teams in adopting and improving Agile practices

Remove impediments and ensure smooth team execution

Act as a bridge between teams, stakeholders and product owners

Promote a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration

Track team performance and delivery metrics

What we are looking for

Technical profile

Experience as Scrum Master in Agile environments

Strong knowledge of Scrum framework and Agile principles

Experience with tools such as Jira or similar

Ability to manage stakeholders and team dynamics

Strong communication and facilitation skills

Proactive and problem-solving mindset

Ability to work in fast-paced environments

Team-oriented and collaborative approach

Location: Lisbon

Experience level: Mid-Level

Availability: Immediate or up to 30 days

Salary Package & Benefits: €1,200 to €2,000 (salary base) + Food Allowance + Flex Benefits
