Software engineer

Deliver high quality, reusable and testable software components

Support the design and development of new backend architectures

Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs

Optimize applications for performance, scalability, maintainability and efficiency

Contribute to improving code quality by writing unit tests and participating in code reviews

What you need to have experience in:

Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases

Familiarity with modern frameworks and platforms (Angular, React, Vue, Node.js)

Implementation of great UI/UX designs

Understanding of client-server architectures and protocols such as REST, including consuming RESTful APIs

Experience with testing frameworks (e.g. Junit)

Understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) environments

Familiarity with Git version control (branching, pull/merge requests) and collaboration through platforms like GitHub or GitLab

Familiarity with Agile methodologies

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

It would be a plus if you also have:

Experience with frameworks such as Spring Boot, or similar

Hands-on experience designing, deploying, and maintaining backend services on AWS, including EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch, and API Gateway

Experience with Kubernetes, Docker or similar containerization/orchestration technologies

Used state management like Pinia, VueX, Redux, Zustand, Jotai, and/or other

Developed UI with animations and/or used CSS pre/post-processors like PostCSS, Styled Components, LESS, SASS and/or similar

Experience with Test Automation and in Jest and React testing library

Experience with contract testing

Exposure to modern IDEs and AI-assisted development tools (e.g. VS Code, GitHub Copilot)
