Hybrid – 1 day/week in the office

What You'll Do: Design, develop, and optimize Talend ETL/ELT workflows for data integration, migration, and transformation. Build scalable data pipelines across databases, cloud platforms, APIs, and different data formats. Translate business requirements into robust integration solutions in collaboration with business analysts and data architects. Implement data validation, quality checks, error handling, monitoring, and troubleshooting to ensure reliable performance. Maintain technical documentation covering ETL mappings, workflows, data processes, and operational procedures.

What We're Looking For: 3+ years of experience in ETL development, data integration, or data engineering, including 2+ years with Talend. Strong knowledge of Talend DI/Talend Cloud, SQL, relational databases, data warehousing, and data modelling concepts. Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, flat files, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Basic knowledge of Python or Bash, ETL best practices, and Agile/Scrum methodologies; ERP or industry data experience is a plus. Fluency in English is mandatory, with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
