Must-Have

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Engineering

- Solid experience within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, with strong command of Azure Databricks

- Strong command of distributed storage technologies, particularly Azure Data Lake Storage, and formats such as Parquet and Delta Lake

- Experience across the full data solution development lifecycle — ingestion, transformation, modelling and delivery

- Proven ability to design scalable, performance-oriented architectures

- Experience working with Agile methodologies (SCRUM)

- Proactivity and autonomy in problem-solving

- Strong communication skills and active listening

- Collaborative attitude with a focus on delivering value

- Systemic thinking, attention to detail and critical judgement

Would Be Great If You Have

- Experience with Azure Data Factory

- Knowledge of SCALA to PySpark migration

- Knowledge of Azure Synapse

- Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence
