Junior JAVA Developer

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior JAVA Developer to join our team in Faro. As a Junior JAVA Developer, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software applications. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level candidate looking to gain valuable experience in the field of software development.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain software applications using Java programming language

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test new features

Troubleshoot and debug code to ensure high-quality and efficient performance

Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards

Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge

Assist with documentation of application designs, requirements, and processes

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Strong knowledge of Java programming language and object-oriented design principles

Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus

Experience with database management systems (MySQL, Oracle) is preferred

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Salary

This position offers a competitive salary of $1600 per month.

Location

This position is based in Faro, Portugal. With free visa and ticket provided for non-EU candidates.
