Data Analyst

Location: Faro, Portugal

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As a Data Analyst you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to provide valuable insights and inform business decisions. You must have strong analytical skills and be able to effectively communicate complex data to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Collect and organize large datasets from various sources.

- Use statistical methods to analyze and interpret data.

- Identify patterns and trends in data to provide insights and recommendations.

- Develop visualizations and reports to effectively communicate findings.

- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business needs and provide data‑driven solutions.

- Continuously monitor data quality and make necessary corrections or improvements.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field.

- Proven work experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and interpret large datasets.

- Proficient in SQL and experience with statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, Python).

- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present complex information to non‑technical stakeholders.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify errors or inconsistencies in data.

Salary

Contract position with a salary of $1,500 per month.
