We’re hiring a Power BI / Data Analyst
Who We're Looking For:
We are looking for a Power BI / Data Analyst to join an international project within the financial services sector.
You will be part of a Performance Measurement team responsible for transforming data into meaningful insights, developing KPIs and dashboards, and providing visibility to senior management and key stakeholders worldwide.
Professional Experience & Main Tasks
- Extract, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to monitor KPIs and business performance
- Identify and investigate discrepancies between data sources and systems
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure data issues are properly addressed and resolved
- Create high-impact reports and data visualizations to support management decision-making
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of reporting data
Skills & Experience
- Strong hands‑on experience with Power BI
- Excellent data extraction and analytical skills
- Experience with DAX, Power Query, data modelling, and KPI development
- Ability to investigate data quality issues and identify discrepancies
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in banking or financial services is a plus
