Senior OutSystems Engineer

We are looking for Senior OutSystems Engineers!

Responsibilities:

Develop solutions following OutSystems low-code development best practices, ensuring solution performance and user adoption.

Design and develop solutions collaboratively with the team, following development processes such as TDD, BDD, and code reviews.

Produce and test code in short cycles, with a high degree of automation.

Gather feedback from end users and continuously adapt and improve solutions.

Focus on developing maintainable and scalable solutions capable of supporting thousands of users.

Design and communicate high-level functional designs and solutions.

Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science or another STEM-related field.

More than 2 years of OutSystems development experience, including relevant certifications.

More than 4 years of overall software development experience.

Proficiency in web-based technologies, including JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.

Experience working with databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.

Knowledge of database modelling.

Experience working with Agile methodologies and practices.

Good understanding of solution architecture, software design, and web application performance.

Strong communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English.

Customer-oriented mindset and strong interpersonal skills.

Strong quality orientation and attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, while also demonstrating autonomy.

Ability to adapt to different contexts, teams, and Clients.
