Senior Azure DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate closely with development, QA, and stakeholder teams to gather and refine technical requirements;

- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines from scratch for greenfield projects, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability;

- Participate in migration projects involving the transition of pipelines and workloads to Azure DevOps and cloud environments;

- Automate build, test, and deployment processes across cloud and on-prem infrastructures;

- Monitor pipelines and production environments, proactively addressing performance or availability issues;

- Administer and configure pipeline infrastructure with a strong focus on Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices.

You must have:

- Solid experience with CI/CD tools, with a strong focus on Azure DevOps;

- Proficiency in Python or other automation/scripting languages such as Bash; experience with Yocto is a plus;

- Hands-on experience with automation tools like Ansible and Jenkins;

- Practical knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker and their integration in CI/CD processes;

- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus is a plus;

- Experience with Terraform or similar IaC tools is an advantage;

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer;

- Intermediate level of English (spoken and written);

- Residency in Portugal, valid work permit, or EU citizenship;

- Availability to go to the office once or twice per week, in Lisbon.
