RPA Analyst/Developer

We are looking for a RPA Analyst/Developer:

Main Tasks

- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions (bots) interacting with multiple systems and third-party applications

- Ensure the reliability, quality, and performance of all deliverables

- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and apply the best development practices

- Gather and analyze business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders

- Develop stream-based or event-driven components where applicable

- Monitor, test, and optimize RPA solutions post-deployment

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end automation solutions

- Create and maintain technical and functional documentation

Technologies & Skills

- RPA platforms: Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere

- Programming / Development background (e.g., .NET, Python or similar)

- Experience with AI-related technologies: OCR, NLP, NLG, Machine Learning

- Understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices

- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)

- Knowledge of process analysis and automation design principles

Location: Lisbon | Porto

Project Type: National and/or international

Level of Experience: Mid (more than 6y)

Salary Package & Benefits: €1,200 to €2,000 (salary base) + Food Allowance
