We are looking for a

Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer

for this project!

Responsibilities

Manage, maintain and operate the Microsoft 365 platform, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Copilot and related services

Configure and manage M365 tenants, licensing, identity, security, and compliance settings in a large‑scale enterprise environment

Provide 3rd and 4th level support, including knowledge transfer to L2 teams and coordination with vendors and internal IT teams

Ensure alignment with global IT standards, security, governance and data protection policies, supporting hybrid deployments and future migrations

Monitor service health, performance and usage metrics, proactively identifying and resolving issues

What are we looking for?

Hands‑on experience in Microsoft 365 administration and engineering

Strong expertise in Exchange Online/Hybrid, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and hybrid identity (Entra ID, Azure AD Connect)

Advanced PowerShell scripting skills for automation and operational efficiency

Solid understanding of M365 security, compliance, licensing models and integrated application management

Strong troubleshooting, analytical and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear insights
