Senior DevOps Engineer

Sector: Banking (international project)

Availability: Immediate or within 2 weeks

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join an international project in the banking sector. You will build a self-service "golden path" for cloud platform consumption.

Main Responsibilities

- Design and implement a self-service golden path using Terraform and automation

- Develop reusable Infrastructure-as-Code components for account onboarding, workload deployment and connectivity

- Integrate security, networking, governance and operational controls into the golden path

- Define the developer and platform team experience for consuming the golden path

- Establish controlled build, test, release and promotion mechanisms for platform code

- Document usage, maintenance and the support model for reusable Terraform components

- Validate the golden path through a selected pilot application

Must Have

- 5+ years of experience in DevOps/Cloud Engineering

- AWS Cloud (minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience)

- Terraform and Infrastructure as Code

- Automation and CI/CD

- Git

Nice to Have

- Platform Engineering

- Cloud Security, AWS IAM

- AWS Networking (VPC, routing, connectivity)

- Governance & Compliance

- Strong technical documentation skills

- French

Languages: Fluent English (minimum B2 in speaking, writing and listening)

Soft Skills

- Strong communication, autonomy and organisational skills

- Comfortable working across multiple projects and with consultants on different timelines

- Good prioritisation skills
