DevSecOps

- Coach and train the local Operations team on Infrastructure as Code (IaC), scripting, automation, and modern DevOps/DevSecOps practices.

- Support the Operations team in adopting development and automation practices applied to infrastructure.

- Own, maintain, and improve release management and deployment pipelines using XL Deploy and XL Release.

- Facilitate and streamline deployments and deliveries from the Paris-based Development teams to the Porto Operations environment.

- Maintain and support the existing Windows/IIS and VMware infrastructure.

- Drive the migration of existing workloads from Windows/IIS virtual machines to OpenShift, including containerization.

- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and PowerShell.

- Collaborate closely with Development and Operations teams across Paris and Porto to improve deployment processes and operational efficiency.

- Promote automation, standardization, and continuous improvement across infrastructure and deployment practices.

Requirements

- 6–9 years of professional experience in a similar DevSecOps / DevOps / Infrastructure Automation role.

- Strong hands-on experience in DevSecOps / DevOps, with a strong focus on automation and infrastructure.

- Strong scripting and automation skills in Python and PowerShell.

- Hands‑on experience with OpenShift, including containers, images, pods, and containerization practices.

- Hands‑on experience with XL Deploy and XL Release.

- Solid experience administering Windows/IIS environments.

- Practical experience with VMware environments.

- Good understanding and practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and modern DevOps practices.

- Strong ability to coach, mentor, and transfer technical knowledge to Operations teams.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, particularly in distributed and remote environments.

- Fluent English; French is a plus.

- C# knowledge is a plus, particularly for understanding and supporting existing applications.
