Your Mission

As a Senior Java Developer, you will:

- Lead the technical evolution of critical applications and services.

Key Responsibilities

Software Development & Modernization

- Design, develop, and enhance enterprise applications using modern development practices.

- Perform code refactoring and modernization activities to improve maintainability and performance.

- Deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions aligned with business requirements.

- Contribute throughout the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment and support.

Technical Leadership

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.

- Review technical designs, architecture decisions, and implementation approaches.

- Promote development standards, coding best practices, and engineering excellence.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Architecture & Integration

- Contribute to solution design and system architecture decisions.

- Support integration between applications, databases, cloud services, and external systems.

- Ensure consistency across the application ecosystem and technology landscape.

- Participate in the evaluation and adoption of new technologies and frameworks.

Security & Application Sustainability

- Monitor application security, technical debt, and technology obsolescence.

- Support vulnerability remediation and compliance initiatives.

- Ensure applications remain aligned with enterprise architecture and security standards.

Project & Stakeholder Support

- Coordinate technical activities within development and transformation projects.

- Support Project Owners and Business stakeholders throughout project delivery.

- Act as a key technical contact for application-related initiatives.
