Role Overview:
As our French Online Banking B2B Advisor, you'll provide top-notch assistance to entrepreneurs and small businesses by handling level 1 customer inquiries over the phone. Your role involves ensuring prompt follow-up on customer requests, maintaining commitments, and collaborating closely with internal teams to suggest improvements. Handling both inbound and outbound calls, as well as managing back-office tasks, are key parts of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inquiries from various channels: You'll promptly address and resolve customer inquiries received through our main queue, chat platform, and email system.
Provide accurate responses: Deliver timely and precise answers to customer queries, ensuring their concerns are resolved satisfactorily.

Qualifications:
Native proficiency in French
B2 proficiency in English
Previous experience in Customer Service or Contact Centre (preferred)
Previous experience in the banking/financial sector (preferred)
Formal speech and excellent writing skills (mandatory)
