Key Skills

Strong experience in

platform operations, automation, and infrastructure management

within enterprise environments.

Hands-on experience with

Terraform, GitHub, OpenShift, ArgoCD, and CI/CD practices

to support platform reliability and operational efficiency.

Knowledge of

scripting and automation development

using Python, PowerShell, Shell scripting, or similar tools to reduce manual operational effort.

Understanding of

cloud environments (AWS/Azure), ITIL processes, API security concepts (OAuth/OpenID), and stakeholder management in international environments .

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain automation solutions, self-healing mechanisms, and operational improvements to increase platform efficiency and reliability.

Monitor and manage platform capacity, performance, and resource utilization, supporting scalability and availability objectives.

Analyse recurring incidents, contribute to root cause analysis, and implement continuous service improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to support platform operations, incident resolution, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
