Junior PHP Developer

Job Description

We are a leading tech company in Faro seeking a motivated and talented Junior PHP Developer to join our dynamic team As a Junior PHP Developer you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our web applications and sites This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about coding and looking to jumpstart their career in the tech industry

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain web applications using PHP

- Troubleshoot and debug code issues

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features

- Optimize website performance and functionality

- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in web development

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field

- Strong knowledge of PHP HTML CSS and JavaScript

- Experience with MySQL or other relational databases

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience with Laravel or other PHP frameworks

- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git or SVN
