The Role We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Operations Manager to join our global team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in overseeing day-to-day operations, streamlining processes, coordinating production activities, and ensuring seamless delivery of products to our valued customers. As the Operations Manager, you will collaborate with various departments to optimize efficiency, manage resources effectively, improve productivity, and uphold our commitment to customer satisfaction and quality control.

What You’ll Do: Lead and manage complex, cross-functional strategic and operational projects as needed, ensuring seamless planning, execution, and timely delivery.

Serve as the connective tissue for cross-functional teams (e.g. Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Finance, People, and other internal groups, etc.), fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and guiding teams towards shared objectives.

Inspire teams to challenge the status quo, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the organization.

Develop and implement effective strategies to maximize operational efficiency and productivity.

Monitor and assess key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Streamline processes to increase productivity and minimize errors.

Manage and evaluate the performance of the operations team, providing regular feedback, coaching, and guidance.

Stay updated on industry trends, developments, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

About You: Proven experience in operations management within an ecommerce, manufacturing, or fulfillment environment. Experience working with a startup is ideal.

Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve common goals.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a results-oriented approach.

Proficient in using relevant software applications and systems for operations management, such as ERP systems, project management software, and inventory tracking tools.

Solid understanding of supply chain management principles, including procurement, production planning, and inventory control.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret and leverage data to drive operational improvements.

Fluency in articulating thoughts and processes both verbal and written

Remote-ready: owns a desktop/laptop with at least 8GB of RAM, noise-canceling headset, and a stable internet connection with at least 20mbps speed, with a quiet space to take calls
