What will be your role

You will serve as an experienced

OutSystems Tech Lead

for a prestigious client in the

energy sector . Your responsibilities include guiding technical teams, ensuring best practices throughout the OutSystems application lifecycle, and upholding quality standards for all deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support technical teams throughout the

OutSystems application lifecycle , aligning work with architectural and business goals.

Define and validate

technical analyses , provide guidance on

best practices , and troubleshoot issues.

Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality, maintainability, and compliance with standards.

Design and maintain

reference architectures

to support scalability, performance, and sustainability.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders to manage workloads, priorities, and deliverables.

Communicate effectively with

stakeholders , ensuring transparency in technical decisions.

Supervise development activities while empowering technical teams to take ownership of coding and implementation tasks.

Demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to root‑cause analysis.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve shared goals and integrate diverse perspectives.

What should you bring to the team

At least

5 years of OutSystems experience .

Previous leadership experience.

Experience in solution architecture and design within OutSystems platforms.

Proven work in

collaborative and global environments .

Strong

analytical and problem‑solving skills , with mentorship capabilities.

Commitment to quality and delivery excellence.

Proficiency in

English

(mandatory).

Familiarity with

Jira

and

Confluence

(valued).

Comfortable working in Agile environments; excellent organizational and communication skills.

Availability for a hybrid model (3 days/week) at client offices in Lisbon.

Strong listening and influence skills to foster collaborative change.
