What we’re looking for:

+5 years of experience as a DevOps

Demonstrated hands-on expertise with the Elastic platform, including Beats, Elastic Agents, Logstash, Elasticsearch, and Kibana, to support enterprise-grade observability deployments

Proficiency with OpenTelemetry standards for instrumentation and telemetry data collection across distributed systems

Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for containerized workloads, alongside REST API fundamentals for system integration tasks

Familiarity with security controls including authentication, RBAC, access management, and audit compliance within platform and infrastructure contexts

Fluency in English C1 (mandatory)

Nice to have:

French and/or Dutch

Important:

This position is following a hybrid regime, 2x/week in Lisbon. Candidates should be based in Portugal and have a Portuguese or other EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit to be considered.
