What is this challenge about

- Design, implement, and maintain backend services with Node.js and TypeScript, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

- Collaborate on architectural decisions, helping to design scalable solutions and establish a strong technical foundation for future growth.

- Work closely with Product Managers and Engineering Managers to define requirements, plan deliverables, and ensure high-quality, on-time releases.

- Communicate effectively in an international team environment, providing feedback, participating in discussions, and keeping stakeholders aligned on progress.

What we are looking for

- 4 to 10 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer (mid-level or senior).

- Experience implementing backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.

- Solid architectural knowledge to design and scale applications effectively.

- Strong communication skills and fluency in English to collaborate in an international environment and provide clear feedback.

- Experience working closely with Product Managers and Engineering Managers to deliver high-quality software on time and within budget.
