We are looking for a talented

Mid-Level .NET Full Stack Developer

to join a dynamic and collaborative team. This role is ideal for a passionate software engineer who enjoys building scalable, high-quality applications and contributing to modern, cloud-ready architectures. You will work across the full development lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications using

.NET Framework/.NET Core

and modern front-end technologies.

Build scalable, maintainable, and secure software solutions, following best practices in software engineering and architecture.

Develop and maintain

RESTful APIs , ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.

Contribute to the design and implementation of

microservices-based architectures

and distributed systems.

Work with

Optimizely CMS

or similar DXP/CMS platforms to create and maintain content-driven digital experiences.

Design, optimize, and maintain

SQL and NoSQL databases , ensuring performance and scalability.

Leverage

GitHub Actions and workflows

to automate development, testing, and deployment processes.

Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices, driving continuous improvement and innovation.

Required Qualifications

Degree in

Computer Science, Business Informatics , or a related field.

Minimum of

3 years of professional experience

developing applications with

C# and .NET (.NET Framework / .NET Core) .

Hands-on experience with

Optimizely, Umbraco , or similar

DXP/CMS

platforms.

Strong experience with

SQL and NoSQL databases .

Solid understanding of

REST API design and development .

Proven experience with modern front-end technologies, particularly

React and Next.js .

Strong technical leadership capabilities, including the ability to guide development teams, influence architectural decisions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Experience with

GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines , and DevOps practices.

Strong understanding of

scalable system design , distributed architectures, and microservices.

Engineering mindset with the ability to analyse performance, manage dependencies, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive effective problem-solving.

Professional proficiency in

English (B2 level or higher) .

Availability to work in a

hybrid model , with

2 days per week in the Lisbon office .

Nice to Have

Experience with

Microsoft Azure

or other cloud platforms.

Experience developing applications using

ASP.NET Core

and

Web API .

Exposure to modern DevOps and cloud-native development practices.
