Job Description

Responsibilities

Defining data requirements, collecting, processing, cleaning and validating data.

Conducting Exploratory Data Analysis and ad‑hoc analytics to generate actionable insights for Business Support direction (Finance + B2B).

Developing and maintaining BI reports and dashboards (including Power BI connections, ETL queries, and report optimisation).

Ensuring data quality, consistency and adherence to visualization standards.

Supporting and optimizing SQL‑based data pipelines across multiple databases with data engineers (MySQL, ClickHouse, SAP).

Providing continuous support for existing BI and data products and ad‑hoc business requests.

Design, develop & deploy advanced analytical solutions, to facilitate data‑driven decision making.

Collaborate closely and cross‑functionally with business stakeholders, to ensure a deep understanding of business needs and delivery of relevant and effective solutions.

Support business users with training and onboarding to BI solutions.

Set and follow best‑practices to ensure highest data quality and reliability standards.

Proactively identify, resolve and optimise performance and user experience issues.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience as Business / Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer or similar.

Proven hands‑on experience with delivering exceptional data products and analytics solutions.

Financial experience and background, work with SAP – an advantage.

Proven ability to present and communicate meaningful insights and recommendations.

Proficiency with SQL and Power BI – a must.

Proficiency with Python – an advantage.

Familiarity with e‑commerce – an advantage.

Self‑learner, problem‑solver, multi‑tasker and a team‑player.

Fluent in English, both in verbal and written form (C1 level or equivalent).

Background in a STEM degree, relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience.
