Oversee the integration of new security solutions.
Incident Response Leadership: Lead the response to security incidents and breaches.
Develop and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Security Policy and Governance: Develop, implement, and enforce security policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with legal and industry-specific security standards.
Risk Analysis and Mitigation: Conduct thorough risk assessments. Develop and execute strategies to mitigate identified risks.
Project and Team Leadership: Lead security projects from conception to implementation.
Guide and mentor junior security staff.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with IT teams, management, and external stakeholders to align security measures with business objectives.
Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest security trends and technologies. Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives in security processes.
Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information. Security, or a related field.
Extensive experience in information security, with a focus on security system design and implementation, up to 7 years.
In-depth knowledge of network and system security, threat modeling, and risk management.
Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing complex security solutions. Proficiency in advanced security technologies and practices, including intrusion detection and prevention, encryption, and cloud security.
Proven track record in leading and managing incident response efforts for significant security breaches or attacks. Expertise in forensic analysis and mitigation strategies.
Experience in developing and enforcing comprehensive security policies and procedures. Understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks (like GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS) and experience in ensuring organizational compliance.
Demonstrated ability in conducting detailed risk assessments, identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities, and developing robust risk management strategies.
Proven experience in leading security projects, including planning, execution, and successful completion. Ability to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with various departments.
Proven leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder management.
Nice to have Advanced Certifications: Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic security initiatives.
Innovative Approach: Proactive in adopting new technologies and methodologies in security.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
