For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

5 years of experience as an AWS DevSecOps Engineer

Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using AWS CDK and CloudFormation to provision and manage cloud resources in a repeatable, auditable manner.

Ability to design and implement workflow automation using AWS Step Functions for orchestrating multi-step cloud processes.

Strong programming skills in Python and TypeScript to develop automation scripts, Lambda functions, and CDK constructs within AWS environments.

Solid command of Shell and Bash scripting for pipeline automation, environment configuration, and operational tasks across AWS infrastructure.

Applied knowledge of DevSecOps principles, including embedding security controls and compliance checks within AWS CI/CD workflows.

Practical understanding of FinOps practices to monitor, analyze, and optimize cloud spending within AWS environments.

Fluency in English (C1) and Portuguese (native)

Availability for Hybrid model, 2 times a week based in Braga

Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
