Java/Spring Boot microservices

on the back end.

Migration & Change Management: Design strategic, low-downtime roadmaps to smoothly migrate legacy users and systems into a high-performance modern architecture.

to optimize platform intelligence and development workflows.

Cloud-Native & DevOps Mastery: Hands-on experience with modern

CI/CD ,

Git workflows ,

Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, IaC, and ArgoCD .

Security & Observability: Strong commitment to

OWASP standards ,

Nice to Have:

Experience building a complex full-stack enterprise platform completely from scratch.

Background dismantling or migrating legacy systems or low-code applications (e.g.,

Mendix, ERPs ) into robust, clean

OOP codebases .

Exposure to the strict security controls and compliance demands of regulated environments (e.g., banking, finance).

Hybrid model: at least 2 days in the office

Flexible working hours: choose the rhythm that works for you and your team

Willingness to travel when required (Geneva, Luxembourg).
