Senior .NET Backend Engineer | API, Event-Driven & PostgreSQL

Job Description

Shakers is seeking a Backend Engineer (.NET/C#) to join an internal-products team powering critical business operations. This fully freelance role is contracted through Shakers and is based in Portugal.

You will design and own backend features end-to-end, optimize PostgreSQL schemas, implement event-driven workloads with Hangfire and a broker such as Azure Service Bus, and collaborate with Design and Frontend to define robust API contracts. English and Portuguese fluency is required.
