Requirements:

Proven experience in

FinOps, Cloud Financial Management, Cloud Cost Optimization, or IT Financial Management

roles.

Strong understanding of

cloud cost management principles , including budgeting, forecasting, cost allocation, chargeback/showback models, and optimization strategies.

Experience working with

cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) , including their billing models and cost structures.

Experience supporting

product teams and engineering teams

in identifying and implementing cloud cost optimization initiatives.

Ability to act as a bridge between

Finance, Product Management, Engineering, and Operations teams , promoting financial accountability and cost transparency.

Experience with

cloud cost reporting, financial analysis, and KPI monitoring , translating complex data into actionable insights.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze large datasets and identify cost trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities.

Hands-on experience with

FinOps tools , ideally

IBM Cloudability

or similar cloud cost management platforms.

Advanced knowledge of

Microsoft Excel

and experience creating dashboards and reports using

Power BI .

Experience with

budget planning, forecasting processes, and financial governance models

within IT environments.

Knowledge of

IT asset management, cost accounting, or technology financial operations

is a plus.

Familiarity with

cloud governance frameworks and best practices .

FinOps Foundation certification and/or cloud provider certifications ( AWS, Azure, GCP ) are highly valued.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations to technical and business audiences.

Fluent level of

English

(mandatory).

Nice to have:

Experience working in large enterprise environments or global organizations.

Previous experience supporting

cloud transformation initiatives .

Knowledge of

product finance processes and cloud cost recharge mechanisms .
