Organização, classificação e lançamento de documentos contabilísticos;

Reconciliações bancárias;

Imobilizado e mapas de amortização;

Cumprimento das obrigações fiscais;

Preparação dos fechos mensais/anuais e elaboração de Demonstrações Financeiras;

Processamento salarial;

Ligação com as instituições como AT, SS, entre outros;

Gestão administrativa e financeira inerente à função.

Perfil ideal

2 a 3 anos de experiência prévia na área da contabilidade, com responsabilidades nos fechos mensais e planeamento fiscal;

Inscrição ativa como Contabilista Certificado (fator preferencial mas não é mandatório);

Bons conhecimentos de Ms Office;

Forte sentido de responsabilidade, rigor e atenção aos detalhes;

Bons conhecimentos de Inglês;

Capacidade analítica e rigor no cumprimento de prazos;

Excelente capacidade de trabalho em equipa.
