Teilnahme an der Umsetzung von Anforderungen für Informationstechnologieprojekte;
Teilnahme an technischen Besprechungen zur Definition von Lösungen für Informationssysteme, funktionalen Spezifikationen, Umsetzungsplänen, Aufwandschätzungen, Identifizierung von Ressourcen und Terminierung von Aktivitäten;
Hauptverantwortung liegt in der Implementierung, Wartung und Verbesserung von ERP-Modulen für ERP-Systeme im gesamten Unternehmen;
Vorfallbehandlung, Management und Lösung von ERP-Problemen;
Entwicklung von Lösungen, Workflow-Diagrammen und -Diagrammen, Untersuchung der Systemfähigkeiten, Analyse alternativer Lösungen und Erstellung von Informationssystemspezifikationen;
Effektive Kommunikation von Informationen an die internen Kunden, Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungsleitern und technischem Personal;
Pflege von Problemlisten, Freigabelisten und Entscheidungs-/Genehmigungsprotokollen;

Einhaltung ihrer definierten SOX-Prozesse, Begleitung von Prüfern durch ihre Systeme/Kontrollen;
Unterstützung bei der Budgetierung für die Gruppe der Geschäftsanwendungen.
Perfil ideal
Hochschulabschluss in Informatik, Informationssystemen, Informationstechnologie oder einer akzeptablen Kombination aus Ausbildung und Erfahrung;
Mindestens 3+ Jahre direkte Berufserfahrung als Business-/Systemanalyst in einer ERP-Umgebung, Erfahrung mit NAV oder Business Central wäre von Vorteil, Sage X3 ist ebenfalls akzeptabel;
Nachgewiesene Fähigkeiten mit Microsoft Office365-Anwendungen, insbesondere fortgeschrittene Funktionen in Excel;
Effektives Zeitmanagement, Priorisierung von Aufgaben und die Fähigkeit, stets Fristen einzuhalten;
Fähigkeit zur selbstständigen Arbeit oder als Teil eines Teams. Nachgewiesener Eigenstarter und hohe Motivation, proaktive Änderungen vorzunehmen;
Ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie eine hohe analytische Begabung;
Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
