We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Developer to join one of our biggest clients, a leading international renewable energy company focused on accelerating the global transition to sustainable power generation.

Location: Lisbon – Hybrid (3 days/week at the office near Sete Rios)

What you will do

- Design and develop customizations and extensions for Dynamics 365 CRM and Field Service modules

- Create workflows, plugins, and integrations using Microsoft and Azure technologies

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions

- Prepare technical specifications and provide support for deployed functionalities

- Contribute to solution design and architecture discussions

What you are like

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- 2+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 development or similar roles

- Experience with Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, and Power Platform components

- Fluency in Portuguese and English

- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment

- Plus: Experience with Dynamics 365 Marketing, DevOps practices (CI/CD, version control), and integrations with external systems

- Work on challenging projects for big clients
