We are looking for an
Application Support Engineer
to join our team and provide technical support and maintenance for business-critical applications and infrastructure.
Requirements:
Minimum
3 years of experience in Application Support or similar roles .
Good knowledge of
Linux and Windows
environments.
Experience with
Control-M/BMC or other enterprise schedulers .
Scripting knowledge in
Shell, Python and/or PowerShell .
Experience with
JBoss, Tomcat, Apache or IIS .
Knowledge of relational databases and
basic SQL .
Experience with
monitoring tools , ideally Zabbix or Grafana.
Knowledge of
LDAP, Active Directory, Kerberos, Firewalls and Reverse Proxies .
Basic knowledge of
networking and container-based infrastructures .
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Work Model
Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office (Porto or Lisbon).
