Do you find yourself staring at the cloud often? Then you will like this project because here you will be able to develop cloud integration solutions with a focus on customer needs. You will work on projects about Cloud Adoption, Data Integration and Cloud Native Services, in a multicultural team with presence in Portugal and Germany.
We are looking for an Project Manager to work in this project in Aveiro .
Your Responsibilities:
Coordination and agreement of project meetings with various participants and stakeholders;
Logging of team, project, and customer appointments;
Continuous documentation of interviews and meetings;
Supporting the team by ensuring an efficient flow of communication between subprojects and different stakeholders;
Creation of presentations and project-related documents (e.g. Excel spreadsheets);
Capture project status and metrics for presentation and presentation to both the client and the team;
Support in meeting timelines/deadlines;
Preparation of project documentation for reuse in other projects.
Requirements:
You have already gained initial professional experience as a PM or in a similar role (e.B. team assistant, project assistant, project management);
You were already part of a technical project team;
You have strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured and independent way of working;
You have knowledge of modern development methods (e.B. Scrum, Kanban);
You are confident in using the Atlassian Suite (Confluence, Trello Jira) and O365 (Excel, PowerPoint);
You are fluent in English.
