Data Solution Architect!

Mission:

We are looking for a

Solution Architect

specialized in the design of software applications and solutions. The role is focused on

architecture and solution design, not software development .

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable and compliant application architecture solutions.

Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements from a critical perspective and assess how they fit within the organization's

reference application architecture .

Design and document

logical solution architectures

with simple, medium and high impacts on the existing architecture.

Design and specify

APIs

according to business and technical requirements.

Identify the need for new

applications or microservices .

Assess the architectural impact of proposed solutions and ensure alignment with existing architecture standards.

Document, present and defend solution architecture designs to

stakeholders and global teams .

Ensure clear and accurate

architecture documentation

in accordance with governance rules and standards.

Clearly communicate defined

security, application and technology architecture principles .

Promote and influence the adoption of architecture and security standards across relevant teams and stakeholders.

Collaborate with business, technology and architecture teams to define appropriate solutions.

Contribute to projects by ensuring the quality, consistency and alignment of architectural deliverables.

Support and follow established

architecture governance processes .

Requirements:

Up to

10 years of relevant professional experience

in Solution Architecture or a related role.

Bachelor's Degree in

Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology

or a similar field.

Proven experience as a

Solution Architect , with a strong focus on software application and solution design.

Strong knowledge of

Application Architecture

and

Solution Design .

Solid understanding of different

architecture artefacts and deliverables .

Experience with

Logical Architecture

and architectural solution design.

Experience designing and specifying

APIs .

Strong ability to critically analyze and challenge

business requirements .

Strong

analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills .

Strong written and verbal

communication skills .

Ability to work effectively in a

collaborative environment with global teams .

Strong focus on the

quality of deliverables

and documentation.

Ability to communicate, influence and defend architectural decisions with stakeholders.

Ability to independently promote and ensure the adoption of

architecture and security standards .

Portuguese and/or Spanish are considered a plus.

Any

Architecture certification

(e.g. Microsoft, Cloud or equivalent) is valued.

Experience with

Data & Analytics

is desirable.

Knowledge of

GDPR

is valued.

Knowledge of

Agile methodologies, JIRA and Confluence

is valued.

Good level of

English .
